Ten days ago I replied to your request for a subscription and no acknowledgement of my email has been received. I notified you that my account was dormant and that as I receive no service I should pay no fee and the service be cancelled.
As I said no acknowledgement of my communication and argument was provided by yourselves. Instead you send me an aggressive email today stating 'Final Warning'.
This is an extremely aggressive and completely unhelpful approach.
I had previously had no issue with yourselves, but 1) if an account is clearly dormant (as the audit trail will attest) to simply demand fees without prior advice and 2) not bothering to reply to emails is completely unacceptable. If I don't receive a reply from yourselves within 24 hours to clear this up and cancel my account, I'm going to take this to the press to make public your aggressive behaviour.

User's recommendation: Beware of rolling subscriptions. The company pursues money for even dormant accounts very aggressively and are difficult to communicate with when issues such as this arise.
