Resolved: Cannot log in
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They would not resolve the problem of my password so I cancelled all future dealings
User's recommendation: The site is great while it works but if there is a problem like I had of not being able to log in, I had no joy from them at all. Just kept getting the same genetic suggestions which didn’t work. They were quick to cancel my membership however. Happy to get rid of the pesky client I guess !!!

They keep closing my account despite payment in full
Elite Singles is a pretty good dating site. However, their customer service and technical support are awful.
There is no way to speak with them. Everything has to be done by going back and forth through email. I don't think the people on the other end are very bright or english speakers. They don't seem to understand me.
They keep closing my account.
I can't get to my dating matches. I have paid twice to keep the account open while they figure out what went wrong. Yet they cut off my account access.
This has been going on for two weeks. Any guy I have met on the site has probably given up on me by now.

Resolved: Unable to log on even while they continue to charge me.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Extra services offered for free.
All I've been getting in response from them is the exact same email telling me to try a couple of things and to send them specific info as well as a screen shot of the problem. I have complied with all they've asked for and still cannot log on. All I still get is the same "boiler plate" reply.
In spite of all this, they've gone ahead and charged my card. Now I'm paying for no service and, since I can't get onto their site, I can neither withdraw my subscription nor get my money back!
